RE-DISCOVERY | Tarte emphasEYES Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner

Hey everyone! I'm doing a whole series dedicated to eyeliners for the month of December since it's one of my favorite products! I don't use it as much as I used to but doing this series is really making me start using them again! This post is dedicated to Tarte's emphasEYES Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liners. ♥

I have two of these in shades Shimmering Black Night and Shimmering Rich Chocolate. These are super creamy liners with great pigmentations and sparkle.The added sparkle is a great twist on the basic black and brown liners. The sparkles are multicolor and give your eyes a great sparkle for the holiday parties!

Amazonian clay is a huge ingredient in many of Tarte's products. It's supposed to intensify color pigments while working to nourish lids, reduce surface oil and improve overall texture, which is probably why it's so long lasting. They glide on the eye and are really waterproof and smudgeproof once you give them time to set. I find that they last me the whole day without transferring onto my upper lid. The sparkles do get on my lower lids and upper lids though. I don't use them in the waterline or tightline because they have sparkles in them so I cannot comment on how they perform there.

I'm kind of sad because I can't find them anymore. I got it in a set called Tarte Cosmetics Waterproof Wonders Amazonian Clay Liner & Shadow Wardrobe but you can find similar liners here!

Bottom Line: 

I would repurchase them! I've had them for months and it hasn't dried out yet! They set quickly and last really well on my oily lids. Too bad they can't be easily found anymore but if you do--snatch them up!
