FIRST IMPRESSIONS | Lioele V-Line Waterdrop Sleeping Pack

Hey everyone! I've been suffering from dry skin the cold and windy weather lately. The  Lioele V-Line Waterdrop Sleeping Pack is designed to help hydrate your skin and create a V-Line while you sleep!
FIRST IMPRESSIONS | Lioele V-Line Waterdrop Sleeping Pack

So the weather recently has not been kind to my skin. With the jet stream going out of whack, the winter has been colder and windier and all kinds of nasty weather that messes up and freaks out my skin. To combat that, I decided to give the Lioele V-Line Waterdrop Sleeping Pack* a try!

Sleeping packs for those of you who are new to these kind of products, are kind of like a really thin, creamy mask that you apply at the end of your skin routine to do a number of things. You leave them on overnight, hence the name "sleeping pack", and wake up to more gorgeous looking skin in the morning! Now keep in mind, these claims and promises might not all be true but I mainly use them more for extra hydration when my night moisturizer or cream isn't enough.

The Lioele Waterdrop Sleeping Pack promises to be/do 6 things:
  1. Non-Greasy
  2. Fast-Absorbing
  3. Brighten Skin
  4. Lock in Moisture
  5. Calm Skin
  6. Reduce swelling and tighten the skin

I found that it was very light and fast absorbing! I usually have to wait a couple of minutes before I go to bed so that the moisturizer I use can sink into my skin and not leave residue on my pillow but this one immediately sunk into my skin. It was definitely not greasy feeling when I first applied it and when I woke up, my skin looked hydrated and glowing without the greasy residue I get from other creams and moisturizers.

Lately, my skin hasn't been as dry as it was so I use this over a moisturizing oil if I need extra hydration, or this alone if my skin is feeling okay.

It has a fresh, light scent which did not bother me but some people might not want their products to be scented. The scent did not linger after application.

Dislikes

I didn't exactly notice and reduction of swelling or tightening of the skin, which is supposed to help give you a V-line shape to your jaw and chin area but that's okay as I don't particularly like the pointy chin effect. It's a very desirable feature to many Koreans but I am fine with how my chin and jaw area looks lol. If I want a sharper and more defined chin, I use a matte bronzer to contour and that works a lot better for me.

Bottom Line

This has definitely been a good product for me. I have oily combination skin, with an oily t-zone and normal cheeks but everything was dry and chapped from the horrible weather we were having. This, in conjunction with an oil, really helped bring my skin back to normal. The only thing I don't like is that you have to buy it online but at $15.60 USD for 120 ml (4.06 oz), it isn't a bad deal. If you want to try this out, you can get it at Lioele Texas, Pretty and Cute, Amazon^, and Keautystore.
