Benefit is another high-end brand that I love. I'm a sucker for cute packaging and this is no exception! Ulta was having a Benefit sale so I decided to grab a full size They're Real! mascara. It also came with a deluxe size, which is great for my makeup bag or when I'm traveling. I also got a Benefit kit called "The Pretty Committee", which is an Ulta Online Only set, if my sources prove correct ⁀⊙﹏☉⁀ It comes with some of Benefit's best-selling products such as Highbeam, Eye Bright Instant Eye Brightener, Bella Bamba boxed blush, and Stay Don't Stray primer.
All of the products are full size except for Highbeam but who even goes through one full size bottle of it anyway? (I congratulate your amazing luminosity if you do!) This set is a great value if you love Benefit!
I have tried the primer before and didn't really like it but I'll give it another shot! This is in the old pump packaging. It now comes with a doe-foot wand applicator and has two shades: Light/Medium and Medium/Deep.
Bella Bamba is such a pretty, shimmery rose pink color that brightens my complexion nicely, adding a glow to my skin. Do be careful because it is pretty pigmented, unless you like the porcelain doll look.
The Eye Bright Instant Eye Brightener is a pale pink and helps to perk up the eyes and it really works well for me--especially on those days when I don't get enough sleep (╥﹏╥)
Highbeam is a nice pale pink highlighter that you have to be careful with because too much with leave a frosty shimmer on your cheeks instead of a nice glow (─‿‿─)
Benefit's They're Real! mascara is a strong contender for favorite mascara formula for me! It lengthens and volumes my lashes without weighing them down or giving them a spidery look. The only con I have is that it smudges really easily on me but I do have oily eyelids and watery eyes (I yawn a lot). I have made it work for me by layering a waterproof mascara underneath and putting this mascara on top. So far, this is working really well for me. I love the brush because it isn't too big for my eyes and the end has little spikes that are great for reaching the inner and outer corners to maximize my sparse lashes. This set comes with a full size mascara and a deluxe size for easy travel. Separately, the full size is $23 and the deluxe size is $10.
I also picked up two lip products! I really love Maybelline's the Vivids line and had to get the Electric Orange. It's a lovely shade of orange that isn't for the faint hearted. They have a slight vanilla/Play Doh smell that sorta bothers me but it doesn't linger once applied. I like dabbing it on my lips lightly for a lighter look or applying it with a heavy hand for a bright, "look-at-me!" lips.

So that's all for this post! I really should stop hauling things but with the holiday season coming around, so many brands releasing cute things >.< Anyhoo, check back Friday for another post!
XOXO,
MWAH ♥
