FIRST IMPRESSIONS | Etude House Collagen Moistfull Cream

Hey everyone! I hope you're enjoying the quick first impressions that I'm doing. Sometimes, it takes me forever to review a product because I want to make sure that I give myself enough time to develop my opinion on it but by then, the product becomes unavailable or other woes. To remedy that, I decided that these quick reviews will let y'all know how I'm feeling about it now and if there's any updates to be made, I'll write up another post! If you haven't already deduced from the title, today's post is going to be on the Etude House Collagen Moistfull Cream*.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS | Etude House Collagen Moistfull Cream

Likes:

I really love Etude House products so when I received samples of this product, I couldn't wait to try it out! It has a very viscous-y texture that is easily spread and absorbed into the skin. My face feels slightly tacky to the touch but it isn't sticky or heavy feeling. It is 4 free (No Parabens, Benzophenone, Minerals, or Talc) which is really nice for those who are sensitive or are wary of products containing those ingredients. This cream contains over 30% collagen but I haven't seen any results--I'm in my 20's so there aren't any wrinkles or anything to contend with yet--thank goodness!

Dislikes:

It does have a strong citrus-y/lemon-y scent that might be off-putting to some. I personally like it and I  can't smell it now that it's on my face. It is part of a 7 step skin care routine and I don't think I am diligent enough to follow through with that every single day. As it is, I'm applying toner, acne scar fading treatment, acne spot treatment (as needed), eye cream, and then my night cream and that's a bit hard to do every day for me >.< You don't need use all the steps, I suppose, but it is recommended. It's a bit sticky on my fingers and my face is a bit tacky after allowing sufficient time for it to set in, but I don't wake up with a sticky or oily face.

Bottom Line:

I really like this product. It's one of the few (like 2 so far) night creams that don't make me oily in the morning. It keeps my skin hydrated throughout the night very well and I like the scent. I would definitely buy the full size once I go through some other products I have.
