TIPS | Spring 2014 Makeup Trends

Hey everyone! I'm sorry for posting this late but I had labs all day yesterday and a presentation to prepare for one of my classes. Later that night, I had to help out at a PR event for a campus event going on next month and I didn't get back home until 10 T___T. I just crashed lol.
