REVIEW| Lioele's L'Cret Miracle Magic Lip Stick SPF 14

So as you all may have noticed, I'm a huge lip junkie and love trying out the latest lip products! Today, I have the Lioele L'Cret Miracle Magic Lip Stick SPF 14. They claim to be a 7 in 1 product, lip balm, lip color, lip tint, lip stick, lip treatment, Lip UV protection--and I find that to be true to s certain extent. It is pH changing makeup, which means that the color will adjust to your warmth to create a unique color. This lip stick is supposed to moisturize for a full 12 hours and last through dinner, tea, and much more!

They come in five colors: 01 Sexy Red, 02 Elegant Purple, 03 Fresh Green, 04 Neat Yellow, and 05 Fresh Orange. Don't be scared by the color in the bullet because they change into different colors. Sexy Red is supposed to be a "classic red". Elegant Purple turns into a "soft pink". Fresh Green becomes a fuchsia. Neat Yellow morphs into a "red coral" and Fresh Orange is supposed to be a vibrant orange.

MWAH Loves:

It is sheer enough for a natural look but it can be built up for more impact! (‐^▽^‐)I like using one layer for a daytime look and three layers for a nighttime or dramatic look. If you reapply the lip stick, it'll become more pigmented, which is good or bad depending on the look you're going for. The most pigmented shades are Sexy Red and Fresh Orange. The sheerest seems to be Neat Yellow and Elegant Purple but you can definitely build up the color. It is also glossy which is nice when you have chapped lips because it doesn't accentuate any chapped areas ;) When the balm wears off, you are left with a long lasting stain. I wore Neat Yellow to dinner one night and the color was still there after a burger, fries, and ice cream! The packaging is very luxurious with a black ombre and purple casing. I like the click sound it makes when you close it because I like the assurance that it's securely contained. The formula is light and it does moisturize well enough; I don't get peeling lips or anything after using this product.

MWAH Likes:

It is moisturizing but I don't think it lasts for 12 hours--6 or so hours before I feel the need to reapply lip balm and even less if you eat or drink. It contains SPF 14, which is nice, but I don't know if you apply enough product to achieve maximum protection; SPF 30 is recommended for daily wear. I guess some SPF is better than none since the skin on your lips is so thin, but don't be lured into thinking that this can provide a lot of protection for a day out in the sun! Each lipstick comes with its own scent according to the website, but I detected a rose scent for all but Fresh Green, which does smell like limes! After having them for six months+, they don't really smell like that anything anymore. It also claims to be a lip treatment but I'm not sure what it's supposed to treat...maybe if I keep using it for a longer time, I'll see my lips get better?

MWAH Dislikes:

The concept of mood changing lip stick is really nice; however, it doesn't change into the color that was advertised! (҂⌣̀_⌣́)ᕤ Neat Yellow is supposed to be a "red coral" but I get a natural pink! That is really disappointing because I love the color that the model had on. This is really unfortunate because they don't come cheap! I bought them for $20 each (don't ask me why I thought it was a good idea). Sexy Red isn't even red but more of a hot pink! The only ones that I feel are true to the color they claim to be is Fresh Orange and Fresh Green, which is disappointing. Sexy Red, Elegant Purple, Fresh Green, and Neat Yellow seem to be the same shade of bright pink on my lips, despite the swatch. Sexy Red just takes less layers to achieve a hot pink.

Bottom Line:

I wouldn't recommend them at the price I got them for. I feel that they are just overpriced lip balms and there are plenty of other lip products that can do similar things for much cheaper! (╥﹏╥)

Updated 10/23/13: I found these for $7.05 on Beautynetkorea if you are still interested in giving them a try!
